Representative Matters Assisted various private equity organizations in transactions involving the purchase of distressed debt secured by multimillion dollar residential, commercial and mixed-use properties which in turn was used to obtain clear title to the properties through the foreclosure process.

Represented purchasers, sellers, banks, and real estate developers in connection with all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and workout of commercial, retail, and residential properties, including ground leases and condominiums.

Represented individuals, families and small- to mid-size business owners in developing goal-oriented estate plans which include the creation of wills, trusts, powers-of-attorney, health care powers-of-attorney and living wills.
