Ms. Kindt’s practice is concentrated in the areas of business reorganization,
financial workouts, bankruptcy, and general corporate and business law.
Ms. Kindt has extensive experience in the representation of debtors, creditors,
and creditor committees in Chapter 11 cases, and in out-of-court workouts.
She also is a frequent speaker on business reorganization and bankruptcy related
topics.
Ms. Kindt serves as a Cincinnati Chapter 7 Panel Trustee.

assisting debtor to litigate and collect preferential transfers.
Acted as local counsel to national lender and DIP financer in a high profile Chapter
11 case.
