| Professional Experience | Mr. Kite's practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, trade secrets protection, and trademark laws. He further handles a range of matters related to business entities, including issues pertaining to entity selection, operations, governance, succession, shareholder relations and business contracts. In addition, he represents sellers and purchasers in commercial real estate transactions and franchise acquisitions. Mr. Kite represents clients involved in the construction industry, counseling clients on state and federal mechanics lien and bond claim requirements. He further represents condominium associations in all matters, including formation, governance and issues pertaining to association members. He also appears in Ohio probate courts on estate matters.
