Professional Experience
|
Mr. McDonough's practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, including
wrongful death cases, municipal law, family law, and criminal law. He participates
with other members of the firm in the White Collar Criminal Defense Group and with
business litigation.
Mr. McDonough serves as solicitor for Maineville, Ohio. He serves as judge
in the Butler County Area II Court and as Magistrate for the City of Reading, Ohio.
Mr. McDonough has served as a clerk for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington,
DC, as a police officer for the City of Cincinnati, and as a firefighter/police
officer for Amberley Village. He practices extensively before all divisions
of state, trial and appellate courts and the United States District Court in the
Southern District of Ohio.
