- Served as co-counsel for unsecured creditors' committee in the largest retail Chapter
11 proceeding ever conducted in the United States with the debtor consisting of
more than 25 entities and 1000 locations nationwide.
- Represented debtor, an international manufacturer of food supplies, in highly successful
Chapter 11 proceedings resulting in creditors being paid in full and payment of
a substantial dividend to the publicly held shareholders.
- Appointed as trustee and counsel for the trustee in bankruptcy requiring the unraveling
of a multi-million dollar ponzi scheme.
- Selected as Federal Court Receiver by the Securities & Exchange Commission in an
