Mr. Fleischer is the co-founder of the Fleischer Law Firm, LLC, which recently merged
with Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC. Mr. Fleischer will chair the Fleischer Immigration
Group within the firm. He focuses his practice on all aspects of Immigration Law
including immigrant and non-immigrant visas, naturalization, deportation, and asylum.
He has been practicing Immigration Law for over 35 years. He was one of the first
attorneys in Ohio to practice in this area. |

“Immigration Visas” Presented to the Federal Bar Association of Cleveland in Cleveland,
Ohio (March 16, 1982)
Testified before State of Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee February 15, 1989 and
before State of Ohio House of Representatives Judiciary Committee May 17, 1989 concerning
legislation to allow alien defendants to be warned of possible deportation consequences
for entering a plea in a criminal matter. This Bill was passed into law, with an
effective date of October 2, 1989.
