| Professional Experience | Mr. Schmidt received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he was Associate Editor for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. He was also a National Finalist with the Moot Court Negotiations Traveling Team. Mr. Schmidt attended the Ohio State University Summer Law Program at the University of Oxford, England. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Schmidt focuses his practice in the areas of Corporate & Business Law and Litigation.
