• Represented an individual in appeal of a DUI conviction. The conviction was reversed unanimously by the First District Court of Appeals of the Ohio case was dismissed.
• Represented an individual charged with DUI in Trial Court and the Court of Appeals. The Trial Court dismissed all charges on pretrial motions. The Government appealed the dismissal and the First District Court of Appeals of Ohio unanimously affirmed the Trial Court and dismissed the case.
• Represented an individual in appeal of a DUI conviction. The conviction was reversed unanimously by the Sixth District Court of Appeals of the Ohio and case was dismissed.
