Professional Experience

John Cobey focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, and business matters that involve the buying, selling, and financing of businesses.  He also focuses on the specific issues of asset control disputes, shareholder disputes, and heir disputes.  He represents lenders and borrowers in complex commercial transactions. John is currently a visiting professor of law at the University of Cincinnati teaching Business Law.  He has been included in a number of publications including Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in Commerce & Industry, and Who’s Who in the Law.
