Professional Experience
Matt Kite’s practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, trade secrets protection, and trademark laws. He further handles a range of matters related to business entities, including issues pertaining to entity selection, operations, governance, succession, shareholder relations, and business contracts. In addition, he represents sellers and purchasers in commercial real estate transactions and franchise acquisitions. Matt represents clients involved in the construction industry, counseling clients on state and federal mechanics lien and bond claim requirements. He also represents condominium associations in all matters, including formation, governance, and issues pertaining to association members. Matt also appears in Ohio probate courts on estate matters.
