Michael Cook has a general practice with Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC with particular experience in state and federal appellate cases and administrative municipal law. Michael was most recently associated with The Sammarco Law Firm LLC. Prior to that, Michael was the Assistant Law Director for the City of Norwood and the prosecuting attorney for the Norwood Mayor’s Court.
Michael was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 2015 where he earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During law school, Michael clerked at the City of Cincinnati Law Department and the City of Norwood Law Department.

Through his previous position with the City of Norwood, Michael worked on state and federal appellate cases, and advised personnel in multiple city departments, including police officers, building inspectors, fire code inspectors, health officials, and clerks of courts. At The Sammarco Law Firm, Michael developed experience in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.
